#14DaysofRomance: Looks for Today :)

Hey everyone! You know what day it is! HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!!! This is one of my favorite holidays. While bae prepares our day of love, I decided I’ll catch you guys up a bit and posts a few. Bear with me please 🙂 Yesterday, I planned on doing a few Valentine’s Day makeup looks for you guys. I got as far as doing the makeup but totally sucked in effectively capturing my looks 😦 While this sucks major booty, I’m still going to share my looks from yesterday and hope you get the gist of where I was going with it.

Daytime Look: Pop of Color

I didn’t do anything drastic with my eye makeup besides my usual goldish metallic tone. Off the top of my head, I can’t recall the name of it. The main focus of this look was my lip color which I found in my makeup kit. It’s been years since I popped this baby out. I don’t even know why I stopped using it. It’s from a brand called Milani. Seepicture for the name details. This look is perfect for a day date especially if you want to bring some life to an otherwise simple outfit.

Date Night Look: Soft & Pink

This look actually was more thought out and in depth. After shopping at Sephora yesterday, this lip I picked up inspired me to do a soft pink look. This is perfect for a soft beauty look on the Day of Love. On my eyes, I have a combination of a few colors. I have Mac “Woodwinked” in the corner of my eyes. This blends into Mac “Expensive Pink”with Mac “Mulch” blending the rest of my lid. On my lips, I have Sephora’s colorful lip gloss balm in “Earth Angel”. I threw on some clear gloss over this to bring it to life.

Hopefully this gave you guys some inspiration on how to do your makeup today. I think for tonight I am leaning more to a hot red look. Who knows? We shall see. Enjoy your day ladies. I’ll check back in later 🙂
